  I think, any speed that can sustain a youtube video streaming without buffering at 360p at least can support Naruto Online nicely, if not great. Before I was only using 1mbps connection for the whole 2 years of my NO life and I can play the game nicely, of course, lag comes when someone streams a youtube video or downloads something that eats much of the connection.
