i think he means the clothes in battle armor ex:kimono,west ..yes they are permanent but they don't show in fight :):P

If you're talking about clothings, the Wild West and Ceremonial Kimono clothings are permanent. Ruler's Glory and Honor of the Strongest aren't.

With exceptiion of Space time clothes every unlocked clothing is permanent, you can switch between them whenever you like.

I'm not sure about clothing from winning x-server GNW.
