I appreciate scion wanting to give advice, but most of his advices should be understood as opinion posts. He on his channel gives his opinions which shoould not be taken so serious, if you want to improve youtubers are just guideliness. They make mistakes and are wrong about stuff like we all are. Still if you want a real chinese expert watch Memo naruto online.

Imo scion is right saying that skillbreakthrough and skill mutation will help F2P, since they will increase their power... but that's it, most of the meta team we see now will still be on top. And yes, while not being an "expert", memo has both a mid tier character with 100k power and a over the top char with 300k power, so he perfectly knows what is going to change the meta and what is not.
Or even better, just wait and try it urself when they will implement them. Just don't have too much expectations about that.
