First: Sasuke SSN is a Bruiser, Tank + DPS unit, normal Sasuke is a pure DPS unit so don't compare them together. How bout you compare Jigokudo and Lightning Blitz yeah that will make sense
Second: Nope, Sasuke with only Skill Break is not that good. He need Skill Mutation to be good

Forget about it, if Germany doesn't have them, clearly nobody cares.
And they can't because a wheel with both summon packs and mood scrolls doesn't exist in the game ( the "true" Chinese game code ).
So best they can do is remove mood system completely, but that means burning the money brought in by purchasing mood scrolls.

susanoo not only has high dps crits practically every time and his abilty resets a good amount of the time also has super armor and imune to pure nin so yes ill keep my statement as him being better then skillbroken sasuke, didnt say he had more dps though

People calm down, don't get over exited just yet.

At the beggining the skill breakthrough will only be skill books, no mutations and it will just be for a few ninjas, 5 if not mistaken. Also you only need the ninjas to be 4 star to use the books, not 5, there might be some rare cases that require a 5 star, but not that many.
It seems like you will have to use somewhere between 100 and 150 frags of that ninja for each book, at least until they add a decent and sustainable way of aquiring the books so don't get your hopes up.

And about the SWB drama you know that if you are pissed, you can just queue, get the first fight and leave the battlefield and still get the lowest reward (wich most of us are getting anyway) without wasting that much time in there, right? And maybe not even that, maybe just letting the battleground start is enough, need to test it tomorrow.

Still it seems there are no further plan to update the ninja shops, SAD.

so does normal sasuke, regarding crits, but if you wanna keep ur petty 3* susanoo sasuke, i'll keep my 5* normal one waiting to be skillbooked, and super armor only means he cant be combo'ed, but he dies alot faster than normal one, trust me, seen it on taiwan and china. But fine, if u have no plans of upgrading him to 4* at least, to me susanoo 3* in the future will be a joke.

If you want to talk CN version, neither Sasuke normal or Sasuke Susanoo are really used. The latter is because Madara can replace him in the Susanoo brother team that people run with Shisui, so he basically got powercreeped out by a better Uchiha.

Normal Sasuke even with mutation 60% barrier never sees use because there are far better ninjas available for both GNW/Ranked and 1v1 team comps. I'm not sure why people think meta is going to change with this update, because it isn't. Doubly so since I'm 100% sure we aren't going to be getting stuff like Sage Naruto/Pain Chikushodo skill changes since CN just got those a few months ago when Kurama-linked Naruto was released.
