I did read and the only thing that doesnt make sense is the "During the month of May". When you next state its going to happen in the month of June. Dont throw a contradiction into a statement because its either in may or in June but not both as the statement is written as.

That indeed IS a mistake...They are practically saying that the plans were meant for may.
Though they do at least make sure to repeat it...RIGHT the 2nd time :D
