If you want to talk CN version, neither Sasuke normal or Sasuke Susanoo are really used. The latter is because Madara can replace him in the Susanoo brother team that people run with Shisui, so he basically got powercreeped out by a better Uchiha.

Normal Sasuke even with mutation 60% barrier never sees use because there are far better ninjas available for both GNW/Ranked and 1v1 team comps. I'm not sure why people think meta is going to change with this update, because it isn't. Doubly so since I'm 100% sure we aren't going to be getting stuff like Sage Naruto/Pain Chikushodo skill changes since CN just got those a few months ago when Kurama-linked Naruto was released.

lmao, I lost it at the Tsunade part. Proof that you shouldn't take everything a youtuber says as gospel unless you actually play on the server yourself and see what the meta is. And to clarify on that: no, Sannin War Tsunade / Normal Sasuke isn't better than their p2w versions even with a 2 star advantage/skillbooks.
