I struggled for a while in this exam but in the end i beat it.
I'm at 48376 power with the following lineup:


Fu Yamanaka Naruto Fu's Puppet
x x Naruto's Clone
Azure Fang Iruka x



Talents: 21322, summon: Ninja Dog Shiba.


Side notes: Fu, Naruto, Iruka all 3 stars fully cultivated. Fu purple awakened +2, Sage naruto gold awakened +3, Iruka red awakened +1.
This one requires a lot of luck to succeed, but once in 30-40 tries works.


Strategy: You need to place the ninja on the field in the following order: Fu, Naruto, Azure fang, Iruka, that way Fu will shield Iruka and Iruka will shield everybody.


Round 1: Let mei poison passive hit Fu's puppet, if it dies retreat, if he survives your adorable mei is chaosed. Use Iruka's mystery on Chojuro and, as soon as naruto gives you chakra, use Fu's mystery on mei (yes she is just now chaosed, but do it. If you fail to control her with this Mystery retreat).
What you want is that the chaosed mei hits chojuro. The best would be if she hits both chojuro and Sasuke, but chojuro is fundamentally important.


Round 2: If you didn't fail to control mei during the previous round, mei will be again under chaos. Wait for her to deliver her two's standard attacks, if hits again chojuro, chojuro should be dead, in both cases go on and wait for Sailor Sakura to heal. At that point use Sage Naruto's mystery on Mei to start a combo that chaoses her again. If you fail to control her retreat.
Most likely chojuro is dead, but if is not dead just hope that he doesn't wipe you all out. If Azure Fang or Fu Yamanaka die retreat.


Round 3: Chojuro and Sasuke now are dead for sure due to poison and iruka/main standard attacks. Use Shark Bomb on mei and Fu's mystery on sailor sakura. Doesn't matter if iruka or sage naruto die in this round. As far as Fu, Main and one of the other two is alive it's ok, you are on the right route.
Round 4: Mei is chaosed thanks to your shark bomb chase, look at her that nukes Ao or whoever is still alive while she takes all the damage from your poison stacks.

Round 5: Your enemy should be very low in hp due to poison and sailor sakura is dead for sure.
If Sage naruto or Iruka and Fu survived you are able to withstand the two standard attacks of mei (there's no more barrier) and you win thanks to poison and main standard attack at the end of this round.
