A friend told me that in Chinese the tooltip says "row in your team". So, again, is a bad translation, otherwise would make a lot of sense that was cross team.

    That would be too broken, wouldn't it?
    Therefore to prevent that it only applies to 1 team.
Yours would be a good point if right now anbu special tactics from mb and the scarlet blaze talentthat gives ninjutsu (forgot the name) didn't work that way.
