Hello,
the only known discounts are from the platinum recharge event.
Further details will have to wait until the maintenance has been completed.
on the cross server SWB i hope players don't jump into conclusions without even having the events implemented yet.
That being said, patches will have to be implemented then only any issues / improvements that is needed can be identified, proposed and fixed especially something related to the cross server. We have duly noted some of the suggestions made by players/GLs and will ensure it is communicated across the team.
To top it off this is on my personal opinion, the poll itself bring two sides of the community voices and claiming that the team doesn't listen to the community at all is a bit harsh since there has been improvement in event rewards and other things, even the existence of this forum defy that statement in the first place.
Lets have our patches and workout the fix to any problem arises. Thank you.

- So, that poll that you made which was supposed to be you listening to your customers. for me swb cross server is bad idea not to fight ppl with similar power, but find ppl difference with 10k power, like in matsuri, exp if i have 60k power i meet in matsuri a lot of ppl with 45k+, maybe in sage this didn't be, but nobody think that in sage they can put like 20 ppl for field and if all will be with similar power only 3 biggers p2w from field will get rewards, soon ppl wiil stop to come in this swb cross server for that same reason, gg wp, u guys think really good about ur f2p low lvs, bully will be everywhere, for that ppl pref have old bully but try to win 3th place with their help or something, than just have only 3 bully and be 20th and didn't get something

- I know it is really annoying. I honestly look forward to seeing mood scrolls being added back to group wheel more than the new events. It's not like we are gonna get a new ninja for atleast another month as well. Maybe next week we will get mood scrolls, but I have been telling myself this for weeks and I still get disappointed each week.
same :( and the fact all this is done but they cant put moods back or the keys in tree we should have had im tired of the disappointment -

4 GNW lol 6-7 months Ago in 2.0 Gnw was suppose to get change and the pack number where to get increase. lol WTF guess they forgot about that as well
People just need to STFU, If u are still playing this after the Aristeus video. They can say and do what they want, it doesnt matter to them, cause why should it, we are addict to this game
Can only pray that Fairy tail comes out Soon, and then i can Break free from this game, but till then theres nothing better out to play, and if there is im all ears -

I doubt that the dev can increase the reward since they couldnt even put back mood scroll to the wheel.
But still thank you for your acknowledgement of our resolve. I hope that something will be done so that no player have to lose their benefit -

Wont be implemented, but I kinda feel it would be fun if there was more emphasis on Land win (perhaps with a land chat channel during SWB), instead of personal wins. Currently, SWB is not land vs land, its top players in each land fighting each other for the refined. The summon scroll rewards for land win is a marked second in terms of priority. Group members avoid each other in other lands, and give streaks to one another so that the group gets stronger helping other members win refined.
It would be nice if the rewards were swapped (eg: Winning land gets the refined, top damage dealer gets summon scroll or equivalent lesser prize), and with a Land specific chat, this could give birth to tactical/strategizing in terms of maximizing land points, which is the whole point of sage world being "unique" and bringing some freshness to weekly battles where group vs group is pretty much predictable.
This will never happen though. I see f2p in cross server as just joining, hoping their land wins, and leaving early to run that unsupported SS mission, lol. -
