oh thats cause he doesn't know what 'customer service' means. All he knows is to close down threads as he has the rights to. It makes him happy. He doesn't know that he has to listen to customers instead of just closing their suggestions down. let the him play with his admin rights here.

trust me, no point raising a suggestion here. they cant do anything about it. they really can't. they can only send the suggestions to the devs and thats it.
