I actually thought the events this week were really nice and GNW Kiba was a nice sign in ninja, considering newer players would have a hard time getting him. Was really surprised by all the negative comments.

Cross server sage > no sage world, which is a problem a lot of servers have
Platinum recharge + recharge wheel together seems really nice

There's nothing that great to spend on, and the rest of the events are just average freebies, but that means saving up for next week's lucky board and a relaxing week. IDK about other people but having "good" events every week can be kind of draining if you're trying to do everything.

EDIT: Although I have to ask, does anyone actually like the 1 ingot sales? I know it's an event that they just throw in the rotation, but it seems like such a bad deal since it's closer to straight up gambliing compared to other RNG stuff in the game, since you get nothing if you don't win (instead of some coins or other stuff) and the house always wins (in terms of the total ingots collected).

Looks like only one 10% coupon a day, based on the info in the OP:

Players can get rewards:
Coupons*20, 10% Discount Voucher; Seal Scroll, Level 3 Magatama Pack

Killer Bee fragment*8, The Cave Key; Killer Bee fragment* 24, Seal scroll*5

Sasuke fragment*1, Seal scroll*3; Sasuke fragment*10, Purification Breakthrough Pill

I separated it a bit so it was easier to see what I assume are the 3 recharge tiers. I'm also assuming the semicolon is what separates the daily/7 day reward

I agree, I think a lot of it is a language/translation issue where ideas aren't getting conveyed properly. Looking at Acer1's response:

-Answering a question about discount vouchers for daily shop. The only source of these discounts they know about is from the platinum recharge event, but maybe there is another source they don't know about, so wait until the event is live to see.

-Pretty self explanatory and reasonable. Wait until after trying it out to pass judgement on it.

That being said, patches will have to be implemented then only any issues / improvements that is needed can be identified, proposed and fixed especially something related to the cross server. We have duly noted some of the suggestions made by players/GLs and will ensure it is communicated across the team.
-Continuation of the sentiment in the last statement. New content, in this case cross server sage, can only be fixed/tweaked after they see how it runs in a live setting. They take the feedback they get into consideration (whether or not some people belive this is another issue, but they say they listen). Note that listening to feedback isn't the same as doing whatever the players ask.


To top it off this is on my personal opinion, the poll itself bring two sides of the community voices and claiming that the team doesn't listen to the community at all is a bit harsh since there has been improvement in event rewards and other things,
-Claiming that they never listen is unfair because the poll had significant amounts of votes on both sides, and community feedback has effected change in the past.

even the existence of this forum defy that statement in the first place.
-The fact that there exsists a place (the forum) where people can express their views and opinions on the game and be heard by game officials counters the claim that the team does not listen to the community. This is a factual statement (unless you don't belive they listen to the forums at all, which is a separate issue).

Lets have our patches and workout the fix to any problem arises. Thank you.
-Let the changes settle a bit and if there are issues they'll try to fix them. But they need to see how it runs first.

I don't think anything there doesn't make sense, people just gloss over parts of it or disagree with certain claims (like listening to feedback). But as mentioned earlier, listening to feedback =/= doing whatever the loudest/largest group of people on the forum wants.

    PraiseLuka, fair enough. I'm also a programmer (though without too much experience) and honestly don't think that the game was coded in such a smooth and logical manner. Either that or Oasis devs do not have the authority to tweak the code at all. Otherwise i don't see why oh why they wouldn't implement so many obvious fixes that the community has been claiming for. The latter option would raise a bigger issue which is that each time a suggestion thread has been posted in the customer service section the mods say that they give the information to the devs and see if it can be fixed/implemented. If Oasis can't touch the code then it raises a whole other number of issues. So i give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the original code is not properly written with object having a class and a set of attributes.

    The way they announced corss server SWB as if it as just another thing is undefendable (not sure if this is english). Would it have killed them to make a statement saying:"

    Hey we did a poll and you voted no. But we are forced to implement this. We changed things so that it can be enjoyable taking into account your suggestions and concerns. Give us feedback after trying it and se how it goes".

    4 sentences that would have calmed over 50% of the people currently coplaining, just by the fact that they aknowledged their opinion. This is basic PR.

    However it seems that Oasis doesn't think that a PR department is necessary for a company (or Tencent. looking at the way other Tencent properties, ie Qidan international, goes about their business in the chinese webnovel market it may very well come from them).
Stating it that way is like telling someone "My * boss is forcing me to do this, but I'd like to help you so I did what I could." I'm sure that would make people feel better, but they might get in trouble. Just throwing the people above them under the bus like that isn't always that simple.

Just gotta say I really like the platinum recharge event, especially this week since it's combined with another recharge event. It's a nice middle ground for people who don't want to recharge hundreds of dollars for a super rare ninja, but don't mind recharging tens of dollars for a slightly less rare ninja.

I think I preferred the 300 ingot price breakpoint that we had last time, but I guess Bee is more expensive than Iruka and we're getting more ninja fragments, so it evens out.

Fought mostly people level 80-85 as a level 83 with ~47k power. Most of the fights I had were within 3k power except for a few people I fought who were in the low-mid 30k range.

It seems like the main issue is the people who end up getting shoved into the super whale bracket at the very top because there's no one else to fill it out. Maybe they can reduce the size of the sage brackets in half to hopefully get the matches closer?

Overall I liked the cross server sage but
1. I'm from a server that hasn't had a sage start in months
2. I had more initiative than everyone I faced, even though the power was similar or higher than mine
3. I got rewards

So I'm admittedly biased towards it.

    Even if you don't level, eventually people who are fodder at higher tiers will just stop registering. There is really no point for them to be involved. And you are next in line. Farm those refines while you can. You will never have the chance again.

    I'm from HK servers, no way to try it til Sunday to give a fair assessment. But just from initial feedback, really not looking forward to it.

Like I said, considering sage world didn't start at all for over 2 months on my server, I'd rather get something than nothing. If it ever gets so bad that I can't beat anyone, which I seriously doubt will happen, I can just afk in sage world for some free stuff.

The 10% one is from the platinum recharge event for recharging 50 ingots. I don't think there's a way to get the higher ones this week unfortunately.
