Quite a breath of fresh air to see such a well mannered request being made here, compared to the usual rants and demands that go on. Those are good thoughts actually. I don't think there's a mass amount of people on my server quitting (the exodus took place a while back at around Christmas / 2.0), but I think perhaps the recent events like ninja exams might help boost some life back.

However, the "staying behind" issue is real, there's a lot of concern on catching up, and the difference is huge in sage world, it's a slaughter in there at times, and the summer break for some is not going to help. I hope the events for June will be forecast soon too, and I hope that's going to make an impact (in a positive way) on motivation for many.
