Hi pein,
My recommendation is to save your seal scrolls for Kage Treasure at lvl 70. The other treasures are okay, but if you save for Kage Treasures then you will eventually be a step ahead of everyone.
I also recommend that before you power up, buy anything, or use anything, always do so within the time frame of an event. So for example there is Limited Refinement Event, Seal Treasure event, recharge event, etc. Always remember that the more you can stack in benefits, the better.
Also, try not to miss easy exp and power such as Daily missions, Weekly missions, Strong Approach, and Team Instances!
Lastly, if you don't already have it, Jonin Medal is a good investment if you are ever thinking of recharging and spending, but get it during a recharge/spending event so you get additional rewards! =>

For early game; Asuma WB, Lightning main, Iruka, and Guy is a very easy to make team if you already have Asuma WB.
Formation:
Guy-Lightning Main-Iruka
Asuma WB-X-X
X-X-X
Talent:
33412 or 33413
Summon:
White snake or serpent
If you are not high enough level for talents 33412 or 33413 then this is not as good but talents 33312 or 33313 and summon would be Ninja Dog Shiba.
Extra Note: This is one formation, there are countless of others and I just provided one example and it is by no means the best, it is just a good combination =>
TLDR: You have iruka and asuma WB, you are set.

- How do I get Lightning main? I have Breeze Dancer, and I got Asuma from Elite Instance not WB, or is there a fast way to get him aside from ingots?

To change characters you need to get to level 60 and I misread Asuma for some reason as Asuma WB.
Sorry again, I will see what other combination there is for Water main specifically!

Well, for a 9 days old server you are in a pretty good position. Consider that until level 70 or so, 90% of the ninja you will get will be more or less outclassed. For now, just have fun and don't be scared to try new combinations. Imo the most important things rn are:
1) Focus on your equipment. Get clothes from strong approach, medium threads from events, get refines so that you could level them up. Try to unlock as much ninja exams as you can, for scrolls and magatamas.
2) Get summons. While this is somehow seen as unimportant, golden summons could unlock most of the strongest combo in the game. Try to stack summon scrolls for the next rebate.
3) Try to take a look on events and see if you can afford to get a few high end ninjas. ATM you have sailor sakura, which is a great tank healer and iruka who is quite the buffer. But most of the strongest ninjas will become available with later treasure (Sage naruto, Tendo and Hashirama are some of the only pre-kage ninjas who are worth getting atm).
The most important thing is just to have fun. Don't be afraid to change your team and try new combos, remember that even if you lose badly a SNW, there will be a another one in a few days.
