Well, for a 9 days old server you are in a pretty good position. Consider that until level 70 or so, 90% of the ninja you will get will be more or less outclassed. For now, just have fun and don't be scared to try new combinations. Imo the most important things rn are:

1) Focus on your equipment. Get clothes from strong approach, medium threads from events, get refines so that you could level them up. Try to unlock as much ninja exams as you can, for scrolls and magatamas.

2) Get summons. While this is somehow seen as unimportant, golden summons could unlock most of the strongest combo in the game. Try to stack summon scrolls for the next rebate.

3) Try to take a look on events and see if you can afford to get a few high end ninjas. ATM you have sailor sakura, which is a great tank healer and iruka who is quite the buffer. But most of the strongest ninjas will become available with later treasure (Sage naruto, Tendo and Hashirama are some of the only pre-kage ninjas who are worth getting atm).

The most important thing is just to have fun. Don't be afraid to change your team and try new combos, remember that even if you lose badly a SNW, there will be a another one in a few days.
