If your Facebook account you used for registration is disabled, you need to contact Facebook support and try to fix this problem with them. If your account is disabled, there is nothing we can do for you. Your account is connected to your Facebook account. Unless you will be able to find some solution with Facebook support, your Naruto Online account will stay disabled too.
