You could use him with Hinata , they do a Perfect Combo , and If you add Karin/Kabuto/Or a summon that pursue Knockdown , the Combo will be more Powerful.

I use Scarlet Blaze, Naruto 3 star, Hinata 3 star and Sasuke 3 star

3* Sasuke works well in most teams simply cause the three chases he has. But Hinata and Naruto as suggested above also work well if Scarlet Blaze or your Summon can KD to High Float. This would allow both Naruto and Sasuke with Mystery skill to initiate combo.
