You aren't wise guys, really. If you continue to reply this way you'll be only hated by your players community. What do you want that we do? That we don't complain if you pretend from us something impossible to get rewards according to our rank? Ok, keep the negative points but remove the need to reach once an unreachable goal to get rewards accordingly to our chances and skills. We don't want negative points to be removed, none here cares a bit about that, it's just that you look at the inch that points at the moon and not at the moon. We want that our efforts pay off! We can't care less about negative points or six paths sennin rank, if you don't understand this there is a serious problem here.
Otherwise be happy that other players queues are neverending and be happy to get complaints after complaints constantly.


Edit: If you would be wise you would reply this way to threads like this one: 'we are sorry guys about all the problems you are facing right now and we are aware about the unfairness of the actual situation. The main issue form our side, and i hope you understand us, is that to make a patch about this we would need our developers to do a lot of work mostly for nothing because with 3.0 arena gets completely revamped and our chinese coworkers just did the work for us, so, since we are planning sooner or later to implement 3.0, and could be sooner than you expect, we think is better to focus our efforts in other sides of the game experience. We apologize for all your problems, just endure it a bit longer and try to understand us too'.

You do not need to be a whale to meet it.
I have a couple questions for you all.
Do you buy SS with your coupons?
Do you buy summon with coupons?
Do you use and have used coupons at any point for anything other than power?
Do you maximise your coupon spend with rebates?
If you answer yes to the first 3 questions and no to the last of these then you could be higher in arena, as a person who posted about how bad arena was if you power up right it will be fine.

So if I go into arena as a superkage and then get a just lets say jonin because negative points don't exist anymore, would you complain that someone so high was against somebody so low? Answer hell yeah you would, either you you want no negative and cry that you are against much higher people or you cry that you get negative because you lost some game.
Negative points keep you in the rank you should be at and not disturb those who are lower trying to rank up.

This makes absolutely no sense. I don't even understand your arguments after reading your post 3 times.

If there are no negative pointsm which is your assumption, how in the world would a super kage and jonin be matched together? The matching system uses *gorythm where you get matched to someone whose points (non negative points) are within a range of +2 -2 from yours.

Even with negative points i have heard no one ever getting such a match, even when players have a long streak of negative points (-10 or more).

As for your previous statement. Sure if you fully commit to increasing initiative for 3-4 months since the beginning of your gaming experience then you might, MIGHT just be able to reach super kage. Be realistic, there is not a single player who has ever done that or wil ever do that. Unrealistic arguments undermine the message you want to get across.

Anyways as was previously said, we would have appreciated if the moderator would have told us that they weren't focusing on patches for the arena since the developpers are trying to finish ASAP a newer version of the game.

There is no need to say if it will be done in 1, 3 or 5 months, or if the arena will be changed for the better. But a bit of context really goes a long way.

There is no need to be all humble and empathic. But the answer we got made it look like you don't care at all and we should shut up about it. Really not a good idea given the uprise in popularity with cross server SWB and the latest PR aproach taken in the past few days.

I suppose if a poll was created on removal of negative it'd give a chance to occur
