There are ways to nullify her shield, the first is to outspeed her, and set acupuncture or interruption on her. The other way is using wind main's dust special, as it gets rid of her special's buff.

There are some attacks that can bypass it, such as sweep attacks from people like Chojuro, Danzo. Darui's first attack will pass it, but isn't the best. It only lasts for one round, and takes 3 to recharge, giving you plenty of time to stop it before it happens again. That's really the best advice I have.
