i can have chojuroo and azure dead but in round 3 that mei sure use mystery that where 3 or 2 of my team surely die. What u do to avoid that ??

You can't avoid her mystery because her has an prompt attack, otherwise you have to seal her in someway before the round she would use it

Hashirama - Iruka
Main - -
Sage Naruto

34433 Serpent

r1 - hashirama (to remove mei barrier, depending on initiative, have to wait for the right moment to cast it so ao doesn't interrupt)
r2 - iruka chojuro, rasenshuriken ao or water main or mei, depends on who hashirama immobiles
if it makes it to r3, standards should be enough to finish off, otherwise another rasenshuriken after using impetus

Round 1: use wind main mystery on water main, active Gaara's barrier
Round 2: use iruka's and then naruto's mysery on chojuro
Round 3: use gaara mystery on chojuro (on AO if chojuro is dead in round 2)
Round 4: use wind main mystery on terumi, END
