  • Ive been thinking about this for a long time. All players under lv40 dont have initiative n only 0. If so who attack 1st?
Under 40 have no BA/refines? Its been a while hehe, can't really remember.

I guess if theoretically they are exactly the same initiative, since neji is a reactive skill and their cast time is the same, then lightning main would hit first because he just skills first and neji skills a nanosecond later trying to interrupt him, lol.
