it from my persepective i thing u better wait 13 day for hokage tsunade,she op in all around combat,use earth main,sailor sakura,tsunade hokage and kabuto litterally immortal team,u can beat every one else but u must be patience cause this combat will be a long run

how do you even know there'll be spending event and hokage tsunade in next 2 weeks? is there announcement?? i didn't see it

i dont, im planning to get the 40k ingot then wait till it comes, but iv decided to just get death hidan and then save for some new pc parts instead so dont worry :)

for me go for hidan.. tsunade will come eventually in events with coupons like jonin minato and the rest! so no worries

I wouldnt put too much hopes on them setting another spending event for Tsunade. Typically the recharge/spending event ninjas appear once, because another appearance means that the heavy spenders that already got said ninja during the first event are less inclined now to spend/recharge for duplicate frags.

They might release something along the lines of a "pick your..." like how the recent event was where you could choose between 1st till 4th hokage, but I highly doubt a "spend/recharge X for Tsunade frags" will come back. I could be wrong, but cant recall a similar occurance so far (cept maybe Minato and he isnt really that gamebreaking)
