^He was in the last sage treasure, but he was 300 coupons base price and 30% max discount. So 270, 240, or 210 coupons per frag depending on if you hit 10%, 20%, or 30% discounts respectively. I think that was the first time he was available for coupons and he isn't in sage treasure this month, so it's uncertain when/if that'll happen again.
