Is it possible to use regular Tsunade and Sakura instead of 5th Hokage and Sailor?

My honest opinion, its a very expensive team for very lazy people. This SA basically can be beaten with almost any team if u got the power, if u dont, then u can play around with ninjas and make some tactic but still I find it way easier than Hanzo. U can do it on auto slow, or just make a blitz team and beat it in 4 min max. Thanks for the OP to share his team, but honestly I dont think this SA will prove difficult to anyone except if they are aiming fir the titles.

You can auto it with water at that pow, by simply using the standard hidan SA team, and moving kimi to top right corner. That's a completely free team, just won't earn you a high score.

You c*e regular Tsunade with this lineup too. Unfortunately, you have to auto it to beat it on difficult. But it works! The talents and summon were the same as provided in this post. I didn't get a high score. I'm Cerulean at rank 14.

I just went full auto a few times with:
Water Kimimaro x

Kabuto x Tayuya
level 90 power 41373 talents 32233 summon monkey tactic ghost
It doesn't even work every other time, but it's auto and free.
