The problem in these pack rewards is not the rng factor, but the fact they don't say there is a daily cap. You cannot get more than one hashirama per server per day, that's the truth. It's like the horrible rigged naruto ninetails chakra wheel. The chance to get hashirama with packs very likely is relatively high (lets say you get it with 2% chance) but the problem is that once a guy from your server get him none else will get him until the 5am of the following day because he gets removed from the pull.
Be honest, Oasis, and admit this is how those packs work. Just wanted to say that not admitting it when is so is technically a * for every penal law in every civilized country (china too).

  • Here's a great explanation of luck/chance.

"Luck is chance viewed through the spectacles of good or bad fortune. It’s really good news, at least for you, if you win the lottery, and it’s really bad news if you’re one of the passengers on the plane when it crashes. Chance, then, is the objective reality of random outcomes in the real world, while luck is a consequence of the subjective value you place on those random outcomes. Luck, we might say, is chance with a human face. Understanding this gives us a clearer view of reality, and a clearer view of reality means we can choose better courses of action.”

The deception of Luck ~ by David J Hand.

Chance you may influence, however, Luck you may not.
The RNG % aren't being influx by how many boxes you open or may not open. It'll remain the same regardless of your actions. Thus providing a strict ruling when it comes to pulling those said ninjas. Meaning you have to be lucky to get them. Not chance. (If a number of boxes opened did influx the %, it would provide a higher CHANCE of obtaining those ninjas, thus no longer lucky at a certain point since you're influencing that "luck"

    Are we good now right?
    Hopefully, you understand it all.
The problem is that we aren't playing a game with an honest dealer that gives out cards and we have to bet on the ace of spades outcome. The problem is that you are telling us that we can get an ace of spades out of 52 cards but when the first guy get it you remove the card from the deck without telling it to everyone else and you bet on the fact that guy got it to lure 150 others in playing the game when their chance to get the ace of spades is 0 because is no more in the deck.

  • Don't worry friend. You're expressing your opinion and you're completely entitled to it.
If that's what you believe, so be it.

I wouldn't ban or warn you on those merits. You didn't do anything wrong besides expressing it.

    @At the post above.
That's completely reliant on the "Only one can be pulled per server" logic, which has been dethroned completely by this thread alone, as there are players stating that a Super Rare has been pulled not only once, but twice within the same day. And even a player stating that half (exaggerating) of the server has gotten him. The reality is, there's been Hashirama's pulled on the same day. The ruling for Hashi applies in both Lucky Board and Mission Packs.

Also The problem is that you are telling us that we can get an ace of spades out of 52 cards
Is also where the *ogy falls apart. Implying that there's a higher chance of obtaining the ninja the more you pull. Which I've already stated otherwise.

So basically, there's no limit. You can pull two Hashiramas, Two Sasori's, etc.
There's no gauge that increases the % (It's set in stone, can't be adjusted)
And there's no deck of cards.
I was talking about mission packs from mission general mobilization, not about seal scolls treasures. It's there that exist the issue i was talking about.
Talking about math, i would really love to know how batch use works in comparison with the single use because if it works like sweeping then is totally rigged in oasis favor. Look at this event points for time limited treasure. If you sweep instances 5 times in a row you get almost half of the points you get if you sweep them one by one. And is not luck, luck doesn't happen every single time something like that is out there.
