Do you have any sources to indicate that the % were nerfed, or is it just the typical "I didn't receive the reward, thus it's rigged" ?
Would love to know the sources from your statement.
Judging from the players perspective, quite a large number of people obtaining the ninjas, and heck even doubles from the same person.
But regardless of what I say, you have your mindset on your opinion. Just like the group wheel statement right?

Attention seeker guys like above are the reason why they are nerfing the ninja % rate from boxes.
That video doesn't indict one lick about "nerfed %"
Unless you have a magic timestamp, where you can quote it.
Or you can provide a credible source for your statement.
nerf is my own term. What I mean is you guys are the reason why they are nerfing the % from boxes. From my point of view which is my own you have tendency to nerf (in the future, or future plans to nerf). English is not my language so I can't interpret my ideas neatly. Unless I won ninjas from those packs I will never be happy with the packs. It's like seeing a ghost. You will never believe it unless you see one.
By the way if you got offended by the word nerf, I apologize about that. I can't really explain it clearly. Have a great day ahead.

Let's be honest friend. "Nerf" It's a singular term. You meant what you said.
Regardless, So I was correct
Glad to know that we have a common ground of understanding
But rest assure pal, There are F2P/P2P players are obtaining Hashirama, Tobirama and Sasori from events with relative ease. It's a real shame that luck played a part in the decision, but it is what it is. Accept it, pray to RNGesus for next time and move on. (Check the boasting players obtaining those said ninjas on the forums)

I believe luck is not the term for this. You can't be lucky in a game full of numbers and RNG's. Correct term would be "Chance". Hoping that next time I'll get the chance to get those ninjas. Because I opened 100 Boxes and never got those ninjas. Game of Chance not game of luck. -

Chance you may influence, however, Luck you may not.
The RNG % aren't being influx by how many boxes you open or may not open. It'll remain the same regardless of your actions. Thus providing a strict ruling when it comes to pulling those said ninjas. Meaning you have to be lucky to get them. Not chance. (If a number of boxes opened did influx the %, it would provide a higher CHANCE of obtaining those ninjas, thus no longer lucky at a certain point since you're influencing that "luck"

Chance and luck doesn't co-exist. So if you are under operation and the doctor said, "this operation has 90% chance to fail and you might die." The higher the chance percentage the more it will fail. Is that even lucky? No one would win this argument because at the end of the day, human will only choose those facts that are convenient for them even though it is a lie. My fact is luck and chance doesn't co-exist. while yours is the more you purchace the more chance you win. On a different note, even though I don't understand too much english and my vocabulary is limited don't treat me like a child. No need to Hopefully, you understand it all phrase. I felt you are trying to belittle me.
