i have 4 whishing bags from recharge event and can't decide which hokage is the best to pick up.

Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen or Minato. I play water main and maybe a tobirama team works (mei, wm, tobirama, mabui but has first round no opak), i dont know. Maybe you guys have some ideas to make this thing easier :s
