All i can tell u is, forget this game, dun waste your time. Even customer service is made of volunteers, they dont give a * abt us other than being money makers to them.

They shld either make it easier to get sage or refrain from free draw. People who gotten free draw of him dont see how bad game is. All they can do is give advice to move on instead of taking up to the devs. They are probably LA themselves.
