Done at Level 81 ~ 38K Battle Power

13313 Serpent/White Snake

Turn 1 wait and use sealing slash on Hashi
Turn 2 Darui's mystery on Water Main
Turn 3 Guy's mystery on Jiraya

After that, you can probably auto through til the end.
Every time Hashi tries to erect his barrier, your sealing slash should be off cooldown.
