Worth noting that Rhino would be a better choice as a summon. This would lead to danzo's chase even with Asuma's mystery.

If you have less total initiative is better to take mifune instead of danzo

Agreed.
Mifune's buff is not barrier, so it will not get overwritten if overall initiative is lacking.
It's only adds 30% though.

How are your ninjas placed? The only way to trigger that is to have danzo before asuma with giant katsuyu right?

Danzo, iruka, wb asuma and lightmain. If you have low total init then use mifune for danzo for more attack buff
