based on fights against wind with chakra coordination, answer is yes... it heals in same way like other ninjas with this kind of passive.

namely:
- New round,
- Chakra stealing attacks (Kisame etc...),
- Killed unit (Orochimaru, Snake Kabuto, etc...),
- Chakra "collecting" (Kurenai, Cee etc...),
- Chakra givings (Mabui, Tobi, etc...),
- Chakra gathering (Naruto, Jiraiya etc...),
- Own chases (if natural draining passive is used),
- Other ninjas chases (Chikamatsu Chiyo, Kankuro etc...).

It seems to be applied only on wind´s team not whole lineup (rankeds, gnw ...),
but it requires further testing ^^
Also the amount of chakra received does not increase heal (same heal for 10 chakra received and for 100 chakra).
However it seems to be increased by ninja tools (Shizune, Tsunade...).
