It is only the ninja who is recovering chakra who is healed (unless this was changed in 3.0 and I haven't noticed yet, don't use it much these days). For example, if you have sage naruto in your team, he and only he will heal when he gives the +20 chakra. On the other hand, if you are using natural draining on top of this, your main (and only your main) will heal whenever your main completes a chase as this gains you 15 chakra which is originating from your main.
