  Hiruzen would be the choice.
  
  Minato is niche but really fun and honestly, you have to cater to him. Which isn't good.
  At least with what you have, you can create, Danzo/Hiruzen/Iruka/LM
  
  Of course, if you had enough I would suggest Hashirama. But that's not the case.

• personally i would chose either Minato or Hiruzen. Hashirama is a good 3 vs 3 character, but the fact his mystery is not prompt give a lot of stress to the owner that he can easily interrupt by other ninja. Eventually, he will be replaced by kage-treasure barrier ninja like mei, or danzo. And also the new treasure ninja like roshi or han. Minato is good...but only in a situation that tag team works...if enemy has ninja to eliminate all the debuff, he is kind of useless. With the respect to Hiruzen, he is good at 1 vs 1 battle, but his passive skill was immune by susanoo susake or other ninja that immune pure ninjutsu damage.
  Tobirama is a good team fight ninja with his high dps mystery... the cons on Tobirama is that his mystery require 60 chikara and his passive skill only make blindness on 1 person in first round.
  Tbh, i choose Minato because i have cursed blood hidan, tag ninja is my choice.
  Here is the team i recommend if you have Minato:

  X Minato Raikage
  Darui LM X use flood dragon to make 7 combo max
