With your new ninjas, there cannot be a really good lineup for Chojuro. :shutup:
For the classic Hidden Mist team you'd need Mei and Gamaken or a decent team with Darui and Tenten GNW, but there are none of them.
You can maybe try Ao, Mabui, Chojuro, I don't know what talents to choose unfortunately.

Try chojuro ao haku or chojuro ao guy both with azure fang. Chojuro best stat is attack (tai) so he benefits a lot from atk boosters like guy. Remember his passive is wrongly translated, he gets boosted by other water attribute characters, he doesn't boost others. People use ao because if the clones are alive they boost chojuro.
If not you can try MB with guy, iruka, chojuro.

The best possible team u have is sage naruto,onoki and iruks which i use.
