Hard to tell.. I feel like it would be easier to get them. Otherwise why would they highlight those specific items if 40+ ninjas are still in chase missions. If its the same odds to get Tendo frags.... then they shoudlve left it as it was or at least not make it seem like these are the specific frags you will get every weekend. Maybe it rotates idk. Majority of the player base understands that you are guaranteed a scroll on Saturday/Sunday and a possibility of seeing Tendo in chase every blue moon. Yup, starting next week, Thursday 9tails will be cancelled as it cant coincide with the cat test or vice versa.

for people saying the board isn't worth it. It depends what youre going for. Essentially. If you were to spend all your points on POWER(I.E keys, and refines) you get value back. Buying the refines....not as much. Spent my points on keys and broke even with the amount of keys I redeemed. I'm not saying its the best event but if youre going for ninjas....* to lucky board. Anything outside that you hardly ever get any value back for what youre spending.
