Wonderful to have a 9+ month server age gap between the earliest and latest servers. You can literally count on one hand how many s2* players made it to top 128 last season; (a total of 8). Flat out zero s3* reached top 200 rankings. S3* is ~5 months younger than s14.

There are about as many 40k+ pow players in the giant LA bracket as the entire population in the 295 - 403 UK bracket ;P

Reality is, 2 months is a very very small age gap compared to what other people have to put up with. Considering those much bigger age gaps are considered "fair" by oasis; your situation won't improve. It is something you have to accept, unfortunately.
