Hi Aditya! Where did you fight this player? It is very possible that the team you used might not have the selected talents you want. The teams in arena, ranked, and even in game respectively are all going to be different from the team you use regularly. Sometimes, some teams are not updated and may result in something you would not have expected. If the issue persists though and you encounter the same problem again, please forward the issue to customer support! I recommend to check your build before every fight, I have the habit of not checking and sometimes it is either wrong or its my 9tails team LOL
