Posting on that thread does help as we have an exceptional team of ambassadors who will come by to listen to any concerns and find a resolution that can make your gaming experience even better. It does take time for us to come by but we do.
We believe that your voices are important, we do hope to further improve your experiences and hope that you can understand that we do need some time. We are constantly making improvement and we are terribly sorry for the delay!

The main issue there is that if your server is very dead the number of people that could think to post in that thread are very few. If we add to that fact that we see many times that also servers that didn't ask at all to be merged get merged too, you got the point. That one is the reason why i stopped tthree weeks ago to ask for a merge for my server, because I'm in the range of other servers that continue constantly to ask for a merge so, looking at how they do these mergings, it's more likely that we get merged with them if we don't ask for it than if we ask for it. -

- you realize that if the SWB gonna go crosserver the only sure thing is that it will get so unbalanced about the battlepowers and the big / small spenders and f2p.. so i vote no for SWB crosserver.. its gonna be a disaster... just see how many of the players are upset with matsuri.. goona be the same and worse....
Matsuri brackets are the same as spacetime. So if you are in top50 in your spacetime bracket you very likely get 5 wins every time, otherwise it's hard to even reach 3. Anyways i suggest you to not join matsuri immediately but to wait 15-20 minutes, you'll see you'll get a lot easier life.
On the other hand swb, very likely, would have the same brackets as arena ane you'll be matched against 30 people around your level and bp, so would be somehow a lot fairer than matsuri. Anyways i still find hard to understand why they can't simply make it cross server for the servers that didn't get enough players to make it start. Should be easy to do, no? If less than 21 people registered your server gets projected in the cross server swb, if you have the 21+ people it doesn't do. -
