[ PVP ] What i do wrong?

I play Fire main,at moment 15k power,team is Hinata,Sasuke,Karin all 3 stars,59 lvl.And i got wrecked by lightning teams lower than me,they all target my main and he dies at 2 combos at least,opponent main take my combo like its nothing,and its clearly that my main got more power points.Is i do something wrong,or fire is weak to begin with?

i dont have Jiraya yet,and my problem is that my main is at 30% HP after 1st combo of lightning main,despite lightning have less power than me.I put best def and res magatamas on main,upgrade his equipment first,and yet still he is first to die
