I'm pretty sure skewering or mifune mystery remove the critical bonus gained by lightning armor (they work in the same way as sand dust) and also remove lightning enhancement/anbu special tactics/swordbearer boost, so even if darui/danzo barrier effect is still there their standard attacks get depowered a lot. About the more standard attacks i just tested it in arena. I used first skewering and then mifune on him. The standard attacks were still there (he was in position 4 for prompt move)
