i would go kage, danzo, darui, chojuro, and mifune c*l help a lightning main team so the odds of getting something useful are pretty high, if you go edo basicaly nothing helps you(ginkaku/kinkaku can help but they start as 2* and arent as good as those kage nin), jinchuriki wont help for 60 seals either, its the super rares that you would want
