imho up to 5 draws in kage are a good investment. Within 4 months you'll get your first free rare in sage treasure that could be Sage naruto if you are lucky (otherwise you just buy him little by little by buying fragments during the events). After the 5th draw you can think to invest on others treasures or to save up for jinchuriki treasure.
