i recommend use empress build until u get better ninjas
i would recommend strongly if you want to use wind GET SAGE NARUTO ! and save scrolls for kage treasure to get kazekage or killer bee or save all for jinchuriki treasure

they changed it 2 time i dont know
but i think sage at 60 lv and kage on lv 70 after that you get Edo Tensei treasure and jinchuriki isnt relesed yet maybe in 2 months
i play S20 we got 1 week ago edo tensei but it sux xD usless treasure
recommend to focus on 1, after u get sage naruto ofc
i pulled sage naru then focues on kage when i got kilelr be i focus all on tendo treasure soon 400 seals and super rare(hashirama or tendo)
