I hate AI too but for completely different reasons than yours. Most of what you said actually follows the AI priority rules or niaja's descriptions so I really don't have much problem with them.

Some ninjas's AI need some serious redone. Manual barrier ninjas for example, they always cast their mysteries right after setting up their barrier and wasted 2 rounds of team buffing, even when there are other ninjas with promt mystery available. (Anko, Haku and Sasuke really have the short end of the * on this one); Killer B always prioritizes the ninja with lowest HP, Sakura/Kurenai heals even when you suffer the tiniest damage, etc.

And for some reason, manual barrier ninjas whose mysteries are non-promt always has their mystery prioritzed over other promt mystery. For example, if you have Sasuke and Hinata in the same compo, Sasuke would go first TT_TT. Like, why?
