Well, I'm not spending tons of money. And it's not like I am super lucky to get Mei...even though I'm trying to get her. As for now I only have these units to use...and I want to make the best out of them since I can't get anything at anytime I want...

Why dont you go for an immortal team? 3 healers 1 tank since you have that very fine Tsunade 5th Hokage that I can only dream of ;P

Ao chojuro haku ET azure fang. This one should work pretty well for you and is a pain in the ass for mei-mabui-tenten lineups (because you can interrupt tenten on round1 with ao and you can acupuncture mei with haku/ao chases when the enemy uses her mystery).
Otherwise you can try gaara sage naruto wind main haku ET/temari 5th conference for the heavy blasting team. Or, as it was suggested, a tsunade 5th hokage, azure fang, kabuto, kimimaro/hinata team with healing tips, soul absorption/poison tai
