I know it makes sense that I while I am doing ninja exam I am getting scrolls for certain levels but I find it weird that there is no actual use for it. I would be happy to have an ability to exchange scrolls to get next level scrolls I do not mind even it being 300 kage scrolls for one super kage because I would make at least a use of it. I would suggest the same thing for cloth materials. Like 50 medium for one advanced. I have as well a lot of upgrading materials for equipment for the lower level which are just useless items in my bad that are not worth selling. I just do not like having useless items in my bad I don't know if that is weird but I do not.

    Until last week.
    Space time battle(lv 70+) --> strongest ninja(upper right) --> Redeem(also upper right)
    you can exchange those scrolls, along other things, for pts which then you can exchange for items.
    The value aren't great but that's not exactly what you are asking for.

    Now, some useless item, like medium thread (for some) cannot be exchanged for pts YET, but I think it would probably make it in there eventually as opposed to have a separate system to do whatever.
Ou... I did not see it. Thank you ! But yeah some materials are not there yet
