• I assume it would be very low. They say you can get the frags in chase missions. I have yet to see him once in chase missions and we have had 2.0 for quite sometime now. Chase mission shouldn't be the main option with the best odds for f2p/casual spender to get him. He isn't such an amazing ninja that putting him in events would break the game. Even before we got the fragments from ultimate training he was nowhere to be seen in events. Only reason that makes sense is as I said above they knew eventually they had to give us fragments for him, so putting him in events many people would have him by now. It just sounds greedy to me.
