Depends on your refines. I would say refines since the refine rebate is the 7th.

Charm Materials will probably be easier/cheaper in the future I think. Does anyone know if there's going to be a charm rebate?

In any case, though charms will add more to bp right now, with the refine rebate i would go med refine.
