according to china stimulator, he is only 2 star, so only 3600 or less based on 5 points

If he's only 2*, then it'll probably only cost about 2.6 to just under 3k in this Lucky Board to recruit. Though the initial amount I quote of 7 to 7.5k will get him to 3*.

*... Edo Tensei Haku looks good. Especially for those people who want Mei but have poor luck. This Haku looks like a replacement!

Have anyone tried purchased charms and spinning in that event for Minato's & tsunade fragments?
Im honestly thinking if its possible to get minato's 80frags in around 100-200spins.
IF anyone tried spinning atleast 50 times could tell me what is the chances % of getting thsoe frags?

Edo Haku 100% not worth how much it costs to get him. Damage is low due to poor stat growth, better off with your normal 4*+ Haku if you're looking for nine tails team member. Honestly, this week's event is kinda bad overall, hopefully next week will be better.
