Hey
It's a passive buff similar to Asuma, it wouldn't show manually. However, I did some tests to see if it's amplifying the buffs.
Do remember that shields won't be affected considering the change to base attributes. So things like
Earth Mains standard won't provide additional amount nor would any other teammates. (Gakido example)
However, It does majorly affect damage.

The defense boost is also working as intended.
