These are the main issues I see:
1) Lack of position 1 initiators
If kankuros puppet dies to some AoE, you're pretty much left with letting the entire enemy team cast first on you before you get a chance to respond, and since AI targets lowest health ninjas collectively, odds are you might get broken chases and dead ninjas by the time you release your mystery skill
2) Playing around AI.
You need to know how AI works particularly in terms of skill prioritization.
Lets take 2 of your teams for example.
a) If sasuke gets barrier off, AI will 100% try to cast Kirin in round 2. That means you're using a p3 initiator instead of your wind main. Also karin skill will be prioritized over hinata spin in terms of the usage of that first 20 chakra in round 1.
b) Having Guy in your team is "generally" bad. Because his skill is an interrupt skill, the AI will not skill him at the start of the round, instead his mystery will be used reactively against an opponent that skills. Your guy however is in p3, he's not going to cancel anyones skill, all he does is hit the enemy for some damage. Also since none of your ninjas chase repulse, only pingponging hf-kd, there is no chain here at all in response to your only single target chase trigger for team 3.
To use guy well, you need a 20 chakra person (eg: kakashi) in a high priority position so he skills at start of round. Guy will then be able to use his reactive kick. If you have a 40 chakra initiator, the AI will not let that ninja skill until Guy has responded.
3) Broken chases.
Ideally especially for your non main teams, you want ninjas that trigger in a full circle (eg any status change caused by a ninja triggers the full chase cycle). Team one, naruto rasengan triggers nothing, Team 3, guy kick does nothing.
The easiest way to rank up early on is to have good p1 initiators triggering a full cycle of chase, preferably with acu involved (hinata, neji GNW).
